In addition to painting, Barb also loves photography and writing. She has been writing in an on-line journal, (don’t let her hear you calling it a blog!) called “Its Just All About Me” for several years now.
In it, she talks about her life – her joy of parenting, her struggle with arthritis, her spiritual development, her journeys and her love of pictures.
People who have been reading her over the years, have been able to watch Barb develop as an artist. She talks about her thought processes and her influences and she takes picture of her paintings and puts them in her journal, often while the paint is still drying!
You are welcome to read the journal. In fact, if you want to see her paintings as they emerge, this is the most up-to-date way to keep current.
Barb has also developed a real interest in myspace and has quite an active presence on her myspace page. She even runs a duplicate of her journal there. She likes it because it gives her more flexibility and options than the straight forward prose of her basic journal.
